Dispute Resolution (Litigation, Arbitration and Mediation)
When negotiations between franchisor and franchisee breakdown, we will work with you to resolve the issues by other means. We believe in mediation and will, where the parties agree, attempt to reach a mediated settlement of the issues in dispute. When disputes are not resolved, we will arbitrate or litigate on your behalf.
