Biography
Leonard Salis, a Brooklyn Law School graduate with 23 years of legal experience, has worked closely with Richard Rosen since August 2002, becoming a partner in the firm in 2010. Leonard has acquired an extensive knowledge of franchise law and franchise related matters, as well as significant experience in corporate law, real estate and dispute resolution. In 2019, Leonard was awarded the Albert Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award from Marquis Who’s Who and was listed in the 2019 edition of Who’s Who in America. Leonard is admitted to practice law before the courts of the State of New York, the Southern and Eastern Federal Districts of New York and the Second and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals. He is a member of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Franchising, as well as the New York State Bar Association (Business Law Section), the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and New York County Lawyers’ Association.
